Dinner last night came compliments of Mark Bittman, aka The Minimalist.
It was fast, easy and delicious.

My husband took a bite, raised his eyebrows and mumbled "This is good."
At least, I think that's what he said.
His mouth was full of prawns and rice noodles.
So was mine.
No one spoke for the next ten minutes.

love it Kate, might even tempt a "sworn off Asian cooking " girl like me, to give it a go. Love that guy Mark Bitman too - great accent and love the ' get over the smell of fish sauce comment' at the end. thanks for that. xx
